At Oleuma™, every formulation is crafted with exceptional care, precision, and integrity. Due to the hygienic nature of personal care products, all sales are final.

For safety and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed or delivered, including unopened items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Once reviewed, our team will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement if necessary.


Order Issues

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or resolution. We recommend inspecting your order promptly upon arrival.


European Union – Consumer Rights

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may have statutory rights under local consumer protection laws. However, due to hygiene and safety regulations applicable to cosmetic products, opened or used items are not eligible for return.
